Our signature facial is a great all-around choice when your complexion simply needs a reset.
The South Park Signature Facial combines a relaxing facial with gentle microdermabrasion and extractions to remove dead surface cells and clear congested pores, leaving the skin looking brighter, smoother and refreshed.
If your skin feels lackluster or congested but you don’t need a highly specialized acne or anti-aging treatment, this is an ideal place to start.
The DTLA Deep Hydration Facial
Best for: Dry, dehydrated and moisture-depleted skin; tightness, flaking, dullness and dehydration
Los Angeles weather, air conditioning, travel, retinoids, and an overzealous skincare routine can all leave skin dehydrated. The DTLA Deep Hydration Facial is designed to restore that lost moisture.
The customized treatment combines enzyme exfoliation, full-face extractions, and a HydroJelly mask to revive thirsty skin and leave the complexion softer, smoother, and more luminous.
It’s an especially good choice when skin feels tight or looks dull and tired, but doesn’t necessarily need aggressive resurfacing.
The Ultra Lift Facial

The DiamondGlow™ Platinum Facial
Best for: Most skin types; dullness, dehydration, congestion, uneven tone, fine lines and rough texture. Not recommended for active inflammatory breakouts.
DiamondGlow™ is a medical-grade resurfacing treatment that performs three steps simultaneously: exfoliation, extraction, and serum infusion. As the DiamondGlow wand removes dead surface cells and debris from pores, it infuses the skin with targeted SkinMedica® Pro-Infusion Serums.

The Phytomer Supreme Youth Lymphatic Drainage Ritual pairs marine-based Phytomer skincare with a 30-minute manual lymphatic drainage massage across the face, neck, and décolletage.

The MedBeautyLA Dermaplane Facial
Best for: Normal, dry, sensitive and mature skin; removes peach fuzz, flaky skin, rough texture ,and dullness
Dermaplaning uses a sterile, surgical-grade blade to gently remove the outermost layer of dead skin cells along with fine vellus hair, or “peach fuzz.” The result is instantly smoother, brighter-feeling skin and a more even surface for makeup application.
Because it doesn't rely on acids, abrasive scrubs, or suction, dermaplaning is a particularly good option for sensitive and mature skin. Removing accumulated surface cells can also help serums and moisturizers penetrate more effectively.
Clients with an active acne breakout, rash or sunburn may need to wait until the skin has calmed before dermaplaning.
The Acne Facial

This one is exactly what it sounds like: a facial created specifically for active acne and breakout-prone skin
Rather than relying on a generic facial protocol, the Acne Facial incorporates deep cleansing and professional extractions to clear congested pores and calm existing breakouts. MedBeautyLA's acne treatments may also incorporate antibacterial and other acne-focused modalities depending on the skin's needs.
For clients dealing primarily with active pimples and congestion rather than dryness or signs of aging, this is generally the most targeted facial on the menu.

The Gentlemen’s Facial
Best for: Men's skin, including oily, combination or dehydrated skin; congestion, enlarged pores, dryness and visible fatigue
Men's skin tends to have its own set of concerns, including increased oil production, congestion, and irritation associated with shaving.

The SaltFacial™

The SaltFacial™ combines three technologies in one treatment: organic sea salt exfoliation, ultrasonic serum infusion, and LED light therapy.

Microneedling
Best for: Most skin types and tones; acne scars, enlarged pores, rough or uneven texture, fine lines, wrinkles and overall skin rejuvenation
While microneedling isn't technically a facial, it deserves a spot on this list because it’s one of MedBeautyLA's go-to treatments when surface-level exfoliation alone isn't enough.
Microneedling works by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin, activating the body's natural healing response ,and stimulating new collagen and elastin production. MedBeautyLA exclusively uses the SkinPen® device for traditional medical-grade microneedling.
Expect redness the day of treatment and the day after, followed by peeling for the next several days. For many concerns, a series of three to six treatments spaced several weeks apart may be recommended.
