Liquid rhinoplasty, or non-surgical rhinoplasty as it is sometimes called, uses filler to reshape and refine the shape of the nose. The type of filler used is denser and "harder" than filler that would be used on, for example, the lips, as it is designed to mimic the look and feel of bone.
